The Copper Ridge members have elected the following three people to serve as member of the Board of Directors for 2009-10, Anne Marie Murphy, Bryan Schneider and Hermes Vargas. The Board has designated the office for each as indicated: 

Anne Marie Murphy, President; 

Hermes Vargas, Vice President;

Bryan Schneider, Secretary;

David Hilsabeck, Treasurer;

Maria Valdes-Reilly, Director.

The Winter 2008 Newsletter

The Winter 2008 Newsletter that was mailed out to you last week is now online. Use the Quick Jump to access the page to download the online version. Also, the mailed out version had two incorrect dates listed on the front bottom left page. We corrected it on the online version. The correct dates are November 11th and December 9th for the meetings.

As a reminder you have until the end of this month to pay the last quarterly payment of the year. Please do not forget to pay. The Board can't waive any attorney fees if you fail to pay on time.

MailBox Post Paint

Those that painted your mailbox post the wrong color due to an error that was on the mailing, Sterling just finished gathering the information necessary to correct their mistake and soon will be repainting the post.

Newbourne Sign

The new Newbourne sign that was damaged in the accident and paid for by the responsible parties' insurance was installed. However, vandals had hit it recently and it was taken down for re-painting before we put it back up.

Tax Month and 2nd Payment is due.

Please do not forget that the Association Dues are due this month along with your taxes to the IRS. You will only have 15  days to  left pay the second payment before it is turned over to the attorney for collection.
