Who needs a tree removal permit? |

A tree removal permit is required for the removal of trees on residential and non-residential properties for all tree species, with the exception of exempted tree as defined by the Hillborough County Land Development Code.

Beginning with the month of January, the monthly Board meeting will now held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. The meeting will still be held at 6pm. Please remember that ALL homeowners are welcome to attend this meeting every month. |

Parking on the grass at the Bus Stops |

Please do not park on the grass near the bus stops while you are waiting for your child's school bus. By doing so your car is destoying the grass and as a result the grass will have to be replaced at a cost to you through your Association fees. If this habit continues the Board will be looking into installing some sort of barrier so that the cars will be unable to park. The Board is continually looking into cutting costs and this is not something the Board wants to do. |
