As everyone is aware, we are in some challenging financial times. In an effort to make sure things don't get worse for our homeowners, we wanted to point out a few things to keep costs down when it comes to your association dues. Our quarterly fee is $77.55 or $310.20 per year. Being late (over 30 days) will immediately cause your quarterly fees to exceed $300 due to attorney fees. Please do not let this happen to you. Your association fees must be paid and paid in a timely fashion. After an owner exceeds the 30 day late period, the attorney will proceed with a lien and a foreclosure filing within the time limits of the laws and additional fees are added to your account. The association has no interest in adding to the foreclosures out there, but understand we are under financial obligation to collect dues in accordance with our association documents and the Florida State Statutes. As a reminder our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month if you would like to address concerns to the board.
