The Board of Directors has the option to contract with a professional management company to assist the Board of Directors and help handle the day-to-day operation of the community affairs.  The current company, in place since 1998, is The Continental Group,Inc. formally Sterling Management Services, Inc.  The Property Manager is Gail Knight, LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager).  The Property Manager duties include:

· Preparing and sending out the annual homeowner’s assessment coupon books,

· Paying Association bills and maintaining accurate financial records of  Association business,

· Monitoring resident properties for compliance with the Rules and Regulations, and sending out violation notices when indicated,

· Preparing contracts for use with vendors and contractors,

and many other duties specified by contract and under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors.
